Emotional Wellbeing Foundation

"By overcoming difficulties, we become braver, stronger, and most importantly, we come to know our true selves." - Alfred Adler

It could be that a psychotherapy clinic has established a foundation whose purpose is goal – to help those with fewer opportunities (regardless of age, gender, social status, profession) take care of their emotional health, which would allow them to develop psychological resilience, cope more easily with various daily challenges, become stronger, and live more fully.

Various life situations (loss, divorce, constant stress at work, illness, disagreements with loved ones, financial problems, identity crisis, etc.) can cause mental health difficulties and disorders. It is worth remembering that emotional difficulties and challenges are a natural part of every person's life, but it is important not to forget that emotional problems, like any other, need to be taken seriously and ways to help yourself should be sought. We are sure that a conversation, consistent psychological help and support can help overcome everyday challenges and find the strength to change what can be changed, which is why we established the "Emotional Well-being" charity and support fund.

DONATE 1.2 % GPM AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE CHANGE!

Every Lithuanian resident can donate 1.2 % of their income tax (GPM) to support - it costs nothing, but can significantly contribute to helping those who need it most.

Why is it worth allocating 1.2 % GPM to our fund?

  • We provide psychological assistance to people who cannot pay for it in full.
  • You are contributing to improving emotional health in Lithuania.
  • Support costs nothing - you donate a portion of the fee you have already paid.
