Psychiatrist Indrė Kotryna Grinevičienė

I believe that cooperation between a specialist and a patient is one of the most important parts of a successful treatment process.
During consultations, I try to listen without prejudice, encourage people to ask questions, share fears and doubts - only in this way can we, together with the person, find the most suitable method of help for them.

In my work, I combine knowledge and experience in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and general medicine - this helps me see human difficulties from a broader perspective and consider various ways of helping.

As a psychiatrist, I help people find the most appropriate way to help them cope with the following difficulties: depression, postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, traumatic experiences, psychotic disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and I specialize in working with eating disorders.

If you are looking for help with emotional difficulties or trying to figure out what kind of help would be most suitable for you, I invite you to come for a consultation at the "Gali būti" clinic in Vilnius.
