Working principles

CONFIDENTIALITY

Everything you share with a specialist remains between you.

EQUIVALENCE

We believe that only by cooperating with the client can we achieve what he wants.

Respect and acceptance

All emotions, feelings and experiences can be here.

Treatment methods

The main treatment method used at the Gali būti clinic is therapy based on regular consultations, which helps overcome various difficulties.

Depending on the client's situation, our clinic may also prescribe medication.

By creating a collaborative, open, and supportive relationship with the client, the professional helps them better understand their feelings, accept them, recognize pain, and eventually find ways to reduce this pain.

Will it help me?

Psychotherapy is a scientifically proven method of treating emotional and mental illnesses. (Cambridge University Press, 2018)Surveys of people attending psychotherapy show that this method helps to implement changes in self-perception and illness, to make sense of experiences, and to understand relationships. (Vilnius University, 2017).

Depending on the client's situation, our clinic may also prescribe medication.

People in a difficult social situation have the opportunity to register and receive partial compensation for services provided at the "Gali būti" clinic.
