1.1. These terms and conditions and rules for the purchase, payment, provision, exchange, contract and cancellation of services (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are applicable when you make a purchase on the website wwow.galibuti.lt (hereinafter referred to as website) goods or services.

1.2. The following persons (hereinafter and above – buyer):
1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees to these Rules.
1.4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart on the website, selected a payment method and familiarized himself with the Rules, clicks the "Buy" button.
2.1. When ordering goods on the website, the buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, address and email address.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for fulfilling the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
2.4 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself/herself expresses his/her consent to this.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State institution in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered services and to accept them.
3.2 The Buyer undertakes to provide complete, detailed and correct information in the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, the Website has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.3. If the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the service purchase and sale agreement in accordance with the provisions set out in the Service Withdrawal Rules.
3.5. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Website.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Website or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the Website.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the Buyer's personal information specified in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to provide the services ordered by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or completely terminate the operations of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
4.7 If the Buyer uses the services provided by the Website after these terms and conditions have been changed, it is deemed that the Buyer has agreed to the change in the Rules.
4.8. The Seller undertakes to comply with the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.1. The Buyer can make online purchases on the Website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the Website or by calling the phone number indicated on the Website for registration.
5.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The service is provided only upon receipt of payment for it.
5.4. The possible payment methods applicable to the Buyer's order will be indicated in the specific Buyer's order, taking into account the functionality implemented on the Website at the time of placing the order.
5.5. If the buyer fails to make payment within 5 calendar days, the order will be canceled.
6.1. The Seller undertakes to indicate the exact location of the provision of services.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to use the service himself. In the event that the Buyer orders the service for someone else, the Buyer must ensure that so that the person for whom the service was ordered arrives at the place of service provision at the appointed time.
6.3. If the Buyer or the person for whom the service was ordered fails to arrive at the place of service provision at the appointed time, the Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller a fine equal to the price of the ordered service and which is considered the minimum losses incurred by the Seller, agreed upon in advance by the parties, which do not need to be proven. The fine does not apply when the Buyer refuses the service in accordance with the procedure specified in the Rules for Refusal of Services.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for non-compliance with the rules for the provision of services when the service cannot be provided in a quality or timely manner due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
7.1. By notifying the seller in writing, using the contacts specified on the website, at least 3 (three) business days before the date of provision of the ordered service, the Buyer has the right to refuse the service purchase rules without giving a reason, except for a service purchase contract under which the services are fully provided to the buyerBy ordering services on the website and clicking the "Pay" button, the buyer simultaneously confirms that he is informed and agrees that he will lose the right to withdraw from the service purchase agreement when the seller fully fulfills the service purchase agreement.
The 14 (fourteen) day period provided for in this clause shall begin to run from the date of conclusion of the Rules.
If the Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of services, the obligations of the Seller and the Buyer to comply with the Rules shall terminate and the Seller shall, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller received the Buyer's notification of withdrawal from the contract, refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by the Buyer for the service (if any). When refunding the Buyer's amounts paid for the service, the Seller shall use the same payment method as the Buyer used to pay to the Seller.
8.1. The Seller may organize various promotions and offers on the Website.
8.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms and conditions of the promotion, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions and procedure of the promotion shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer to the email address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer shall send all messages and questions to the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-store.
8.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages due to disruptions in the Internet connection, email service provider networks, messages ending up in the SPAM directory, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Rules.
9.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
