
Reduce stress in 8 weeks - a science-based program!
Are you constantly thinking about what happened or worrying about what will happen next? Is it hard to concentrate, and are you losing patience with yourself and others? If stress and tension have become your daily companions, we invite you to a science-based program that will help you regain inner peace.
Mindfulness-based stress management program – is an 8-week experiential journey that can help you:
• React calmer in stressful situations;
• Improve sleep quality;
• Improve attention concentration and reduce procrastination;
• It is easier to deal with chronic pain or unpleasant emotions;
• Reduce impulsivity, facilitate the cessation of harmful habits such as emotional eating, smoking, etc.
About the program offered by the "It's Possible" clinic:
• The program consists of 8 "live" meetings in Vilnius, in a small group (up to 12 people).
• The program includes: handouts, meditation audio recordings, as well as independent practice at home.
• The classes will be led by Ieva Vasionytė, an instructor of mindfulness practices and psychologist at "Gali būti".
• Meetings will begin in April-May, once enough program participants have been gathered. Meetings will be held by common decision either on Thursdays or Sundays, 4:00-6:30 PM in Vilnius, Jakšto g. 7. There will also be a full-day silent session.
• Program price – 199 EUR. For existing Clinic clients – 180 EUR.







We invite you to register for long-term a psychological self-knowledge group, led by medical psychologists Dominykas Šimkus and Miglė Lepeškaitė, who base their practice on the ideas of existential therapy.
The psychological group is intended for those who want to:
• Better understand your feelings, needs, attitudes and behavioral motives;
• Expand your own perspective on emerging issues by taking advantage of the vision and perspective of other group members;
• Not only talk about the difficulties experienced, but also try to notice them as they manifest themselves “here and now” in the group;
• To explore one's presence among other people and to have the opportunity to voice it;
• Learn to engage in dialogue with other people and develop communication skills;
• Try to understand and respond not only to yourself, but also to other people.
Meetings take place once a week on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the psychology and psychiatry clinic "Gali būti", A. Jakšto St. 7, Vilnius.
The cost of participating in one psychological group meeting is 25 EUR.
What you can expect from group meetings:
• In a safe space, you will be able to talk openly about everyday problems;
• Together we will create an atmosphere focused on support and mutual understanding;
• You will have the opportunity to explore your own difficulties by delving into the communication with other people in the group;
• You will be able to look for solutions to your problems and test them as new behavioral models right there in the group.
Those who wish to participate in the psychological group will be invited to a selection interview with psychologists, during which we aim to understand and describe the difficulties you want to address, and at the same time assess the extent to which this group can meet your expectations.
